In Lithuania, you can choose from the most popular parcel machine networks: Omniva, DPD or LP Express. Delivery takes an average of 2-5 working days, depending on the availability of the delivery partner you choose (Omniva, DPD or LP Express). This method is free with a purchase of €49.
We send goods all over the world to an exact address by DPD couriers or post office by LP Express. For orders worth less than €49, a shipping fee of €3 will be added during checkout.
RETURNS
Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item must be undamaged by the buyer. The item must be unused, retaining its original appearance (unblemished labels, protective film, etc.).
- The returned item must have the same composition as the one received by the buyer – any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
- If the above conditions are met, please send an email to info@maar.lt, indicating the order number. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange the details of the return.
If goods are returned without the Seller’s fault, the Buyer is not entitled to compensation for the return and the funds are non-refundable. You can return the goods to us in the most convenient way for you: By choosing the FLIPO return service via post (https://www.flipo.lt/parduotuves/maar-lt). The cost of the return is 2.06 EUR. You will not need to pay this amount when returning the item, but it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you for the returned item(s). Once the item is received and confirmed to be unused, the money will be refunded to the payer’s account within 5 business days (or, if not possible, to the account specified in the return form). Faulty goods are returned in accordance with the Goods Return and Exchange Rules approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001, No. 217 “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
