AFTER HOURS

Fingers play in the coolness of the sand, eyes searching for the brightest star. If needed, you will feel everything that cannot yet be seen – a scarf embroidered with golden thread, a cluster of dark berries, a bowl of black-peppery nuts, hands dusted with flour.

As every evening, the night will soon close everything that is unnecessary. Darkness will invite you to feel, to sense, to dream, to be, to exist. A chill comes from the thought that you could have everything you desire.

The stars will soon bear witness. This is why they fall.
